What counts as a tracked vendor?
Any company you collect a certificate from — a subcontractor, a service vendor, a tenant's contractor. One vendor can have multiple policies and certificate versions; it still counts once.
What happens when a certificate fails the check?
CertifiKit emails the vendor's insurance agent the exact list of what needs to change — limits, endorsements, dates — so the corrected certificate comes back without you playing middleman.
